About Dr. Chew Ming Xia
Doctor of Dental Surgery (MAHSA)
Dr. Chew graduated from MAHSA University with a degree in Doctor of Dental Surgery. Upon graduation, he underwent a surgical internship training programme in the Oral Maxillofacial Surgery Department in UiTM and then served in the Ministry of Higher Education as a dental officer before joining private practice in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
He is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Endodontics at King’s College London and is a postgraduate member of the European Society of Endodontology (ESE). Furthermore, he has also completed his Implant Dentistry training with the International Team for Implantology (ITI) and Certificate of Orthodontics under the mentorship of Dr Kenneth Lew from Singapore. He has a special interest in Endodontics (root canal treatment) and he believes that saving natural teeth conservatively can go a long way.
Dr. Chew believes that oral health is wealth and it can improve the quality of life of an individual. Dentistry aside, he loves playing basketball and is a coffee connoisseur.

Dr. Chew spent 5 years in Kuala Lumpur and graduated with Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from MAHSA University.

Master of Science in Endodontics (MSc)
Dr. Chew has a special interest in treating and saving natural teeth. He is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Endodontics (root canal) in King's College London. He takes pride in his work and he thinks that there is nothing better than your own healthy natural teeth.
Singapore
Comprehensive Orthodontics
Dr. Chew later started courses on orthodontics (braces). He believes that having a beautiful smile can boost a person's confidence from within.
International Team for Implantology (ITI)
Cert. Implant Dentistry
Upon graduation, he embarked on a journey learning about dental implants, allowing his patients to have an alternative to replace missing teeth.
